Acting for Teens and Preteens Weekend Workshop
Monday February 13, 20 and 27 from 6:00 to 8:30pm. This two-week workshop is for teens and preteens who want to learn a variety of acting techniques, including character development, storytelling, and improv. Our young actors class encourages spontaneity, imagination and fun. We believe that acting can also build confidence and techniques to deal with day-to-day situations.
We strongly feel that students learn the most in an atmosphere of relaxed positive reinforcement. This class can be taken multiple times. This session is a two Sunday four hour workshop with a lunch break.
Our teacher, Anthony David Lawson brings years of acting, directing and producing to this class having directed children and youth. Anthony is cofounder of the award winning Wilmington theatrical company Panache Productions.
